At Sunmed CBD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all Sunmed CBD hangtags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
